You just have to come up with a design that exudes an atmospheric aura. Creating an oasis type of look will enable you to incorporate natural materials like rocks and palm trees. It will also let you incorporate design features like waterfalls and meanders to give the pool a more natural, earthy look. It may be an expensive venture but it is well worth the price it adds to the net worth of your real estate.

A swimming pool is a maintenance intensive asset. You have to clean the pool filters on a weekly basis. Checking and maintaining the pH balance, mineral levels and chlorine levels of the pool are also important tasks. You also have to drain the pool once in a while and refresh it with clean water.
